Hey Toronto, you’re invited to #thisopenhouse

February 14, 2017

thisopenspace is excited to announce our first ever meet up event, #thisopenhouse, at the Lever Brother’s Factory in the Don Valley neighbourhood. The abandoned factory has been closed off to the public since closing in 2009 and we’re truly excited to share the space with our Toronto community. It’s going to be epic.

Together with our friends at First Gulf, #paid as well as photographer Alexa Fernando (@AJFernando) we’ll be exploring the space as a crew on Sunday February 26th. Anyone who loves exploring urban space, has a keen eye for photography or just wants to meet up is welcome to join us as we uncover this seven-story space together.

#thisopenhouse is an event series developed by thisopenspace to bring our community together to explore unique space, ideas and connect with likeminded creatives. We want to open the doors to under utilized and undiscovered spaces so anyone can book space anywhere for an hour to several months.

It’s completely free to attend the event all you need to do is register for tickets below. See you there!

Want to know what you’re getting yourself into? Check out the space here. Got more questions? Fire ‘em at us in the comments.

See you soon!
