NO SMOKING inside the unit - I have a large balcony where you can step out to smoke, but you must put out your cigarette in a cup filled with water and throw away in the garbage. DO NOT throw cigarette butts off the balcony.

This best space i have ever been to. My first time using anything for a photoshoot. I’ve rented out many other spaces for stays but this is by far the most amazing place. Great views. So cleaning it’s ridiculous!! Ivana was extremely easy to reach, replied in less than an hour every time. Great check in. Great instructions to get in. I would absolutely use this space again.

Communicating with Ivana before, during and after the rental was a pleasure. She was always prompt, responsive to questions, helpful and accurate, something I really value when trying to do business. I also appreciated that she was willing to make accomodations for my slightly unusual rental situation. The space was as pictured, and immaculately clean. I would highly recommend Ivana and her space.
