Located in Kitsilano we have an open and inspiring space just a block from 4th and Burrard where there is access to easy transit to downtown, UBC or towards Cambie, Main & East Vancouver. There are several great restaurants within walking distance and Granville Island is less than a 10 minute walk away.

An ideal spot for workshops and seminars, the space has an open kitchen/lounge area next to a large shared workspace. The kitchen/lounge area can be rented for events with casual workshop seating for 20-30 people, and with a mix of seating and standing for up to 40 people. The workspace has open 11 foot ceilings, wood tables, comfortable ergonomic chairs and lounge area with speaker for music. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, and basic kitchen supplies for events with minimal F & B requirements. There are expansive views of the mountains and downtown with lots of natural light.

Suite Genius Kitsilano can be rented in the evenings (6pm onwards) or weekends (9am to 9pm).

During the day we're a shared workspace and community for entrepreneurs and freelancers. We are equipped with all the general office amenities if needed i.e. high speed internet, printer/scanner/copier, meeting room, etc.
