Downtown Art Gallery
About
In 2006, we opened the first public gallery in Canada dedicated to young people’s art. Located in the heart of downtown Vancouver large facility is brimming with creativity and is an ideal space for workshops, meetings and special events. The Gallery is one of three rentable areas.
Ideal for receptions and events. A site tour is encouraged and can be arranged by appointment. Bookings include access to the entire facility and creative atmosphere, access to use of furniture and equipment, and staff members on-site for general security and information.
NOTES:
- the gallery is only available for rentals from 5 - 10 pm and dependent on staffing
- the gallery exhibits young peoples' artwork, artwork can not be added nor removed from the walls for rentals
- Rental duration must include setup and tear down time.
The ArtStarts Gallery is curated and managed by a team of staff. We do not accept proposals or rentals for independent exhibitions

Krista was fantastic in helping us coordinate our event! The space changes exhibits, so she was super helpful in arranging a site visit so we could see what the current exhibits looked like. Would definitely recommend for future events!
