The space is curated with mid-century style furniture and features a full kitchen, dining room, living room with an arch opening to the office/media room and a bedroom.

- The building is next to Coffey Park and has a serene mixed-use nature; it currently houses many creative artists, architects, and designers.

- Please note: Cleaning fee is negotiable for small groups (1-5), so please reach out with details about your booking and we would be more than happy to accommodate!

*DAILY RATES = 8 hours of booking only.

RATES FOR PRODUCTION/WORKSHOPS/MEETINGS:
$100/hour for up to 10 people
$120/hour for 10-19 people
$130/hour for 20-35

RATES FOR EVENTS/GATHERINGS:
$125/hour for up to 20 people
$200/hour for up to 35 people
$130 cleaning fee
