White Box Retail Space

On the border of Nolita and LES, the Bowery boasts a thriving arts and retail scene marked by the presence of world-renowned galleries, museums, and stores. Two blocks down from the New Museum and on the same block as Andrew Edlin Gallery and On Stellar Rays, or gallery is located on a vibrant block with hip passerby and high foot traffic.

The gallery is a 1000 square foot white-box exhibition and retail space with an open layout, perfect for pop-ups, art exhibitions, and product launches. Private lounge in the rear of the space with a tavern license, great for hosting events!

High-speed WiFi, security system, professional gallery lighting, AC+Heat, basement storage, and two bathrooms.

Our typical rental cycle is weekly, with move-in on Tuesday at 10:00 AM and move-out the following Monday 12:00 PM. There is no maximum duration of your stay, so long as we have the availability to accommodate your needed dates. We do make occasional exceptions to the weekly cycle, depending on the dates and the project.
