Elliott was a very nice host and was kind enough to entertain the kids during my charity event! Unfortunately, I was not that happy with the overall experience, as Elliott was late arriving to the venue when my volunteers and I were waiting outside. He took 24 hours to respond to my booking mid-communication during an urgent time for me to confirm a new venue location, which made it stressful and the venue was completely dirty upon arrival- unlike the pictures shown. So, my volunteers and I were not impressed that we had to sweep and clean off all the tables and such. Theres also a really old piano, and a dog bed and toys in the room as well. Luckily, everyone in the room loved dogs! telling Elliott that we were working with food prior, made it a little unsanitary for the dog to keep roaming the room around the food. Outside of those things, he tried to be helpful and accommodating throughout our stay!

I rented this place for my engagement party. The host were amazing and accommodating. The only issue I had was the A.C. didn't cool down the place for amount of guest that I had. The room got fairly hot, really fast. Other than that it was an amazing space

Elliott and his partner Chris were awesome, start to finish. All of my questions were answered before we rented the space, they were incredibly responsive and helpful. I would recommend the space to anyone and will 100% rent it again!
