Centrally located just off Cambie Street in Mt. Pleasant, our brand new multi-purpose, self-contained space offers a modern design with full kitchen, lounge area and patio. Make this space your own with flexible tables and seating, a large island to saddle up to, and everything you need for professional presentations, training and workshops.
We are within walking and transit distance from Main Street, Cambie Street, West Broadway and Olympic Village. Situated next to a large grassy park, awesome coffee shops, hip brewers and tasty lunch spots makes it easy to break out or cater in.

- Tables (2 x 5 feet) & chairs for up to 35 people (can be cleared out for more formal events, and additional folding chairs available if needed)

We do require a liquor license when alcohol is being served.
The event space is part a shared workspace and community for entrepreneurs and freelancers, but it is a private, self-contained space within a newly renovated floor.
We typically charge an extra $100 if there is catering involved in the event and another $100 if there is alcohol involved - due to additional wear and tear, coordination and liability. We can occasionally accommodate a late checkout, but there would be an additional fee.
We require the space to be clean and after you leave, so please include this in your amount of time for booking. We will do the final clean and remove garbage after you've left.

Loved this space. It was clean and a perfect setting for our corporate event. Everything was set up for us and it was completely turn key. The space itself is beautiful with all the amenities you could need. We have already asked to book our next event there.
this was a stunning space and the location was great. not one complaint from guests about parking, location etc. The room was very spacious with beautiful patio and kitchen amenities. would highly recommend this place! host was also awesome.

Everything was great. Space was clean, functional, bright and felt just like hosting in my own home. The only feedback I have is that the space could use some sound absorption of some kind. It was pretty noise with 30+ ppl in the room. A large carpet would be a great addition to offer future renters of the space.
We used Mitchell's space for our wedding rehearsal. The space was clean and ready for us to use when we arrived. Communication with Mitchell and Amber was clear and they responded to any queries very quickly. The instructions sent out for accessing and utilizing the space were very clear and sent out well in advance which helped to make sure that everything went smoothly on the day. Would highly recommend Mitchell, Amber and the space!

We loved using this space for our event, it is beautiful and we love the decor! The Kitchen is very handy as well!
Great space! We used this space to host a re-launch party for one of our products with approximately 35-40 guests. Clean, bright and we especially loved the large kitchen area and patio. Very easy to park, set up and move all of our supplies in and out. Mitchell was very helpful to work with as well.
This was a wonderful space to use and Mitchell was friendly, fast and efficient, as were the rest of the team at Suite Genius. The space is flexible and modern and has everything you could possibly need. I will definitely book it again and recommend it to others!
