Home amenities: Extremely bright, open and clean space. Great for working at the desk or meeting on the couch with up to 4 people seated. *There is no TV in the apartment, sorry!*
Washroom: Full, newly renovated, and well-lit washroom with full tub and shower. Bathroom includes a washer and dryer. Hair dryer and towels are available.
Bedroom: 1 Double sized bed in the bedroom. Quality sheets, duvet & pillows. Extra blankets available. Fan/heater and deep bay window in bedroom. Closet with lots of hangers and mid-century modern chest of drawers.
Sizeable patio with bench seating for 4, cushions and a bistro table for 4.

Guests MUST all wear masks whenever they are in communal spaces like the stairwell or entry to the building to keep other residents safe. Masks can be removed at guests' discretion when inside the apartment.
Due to COVID 19 the maximum number of guests permitted at one time in the apartment is 6. This may be subject to change depending on the B.C. Government restrictions in place during your dates.
No pets, no dyes, no glitter, no smoking of vapes, e cigarettes or marijuana (this is a strata rule that can result in a fine).
