Set within Dowsley Court, this beautiful property was originally built in 1912, making it the North Shore’s most significant heritage home. It has recently been completely restored, benefiting from both a mechanical and cosmetic upgrade, turning it into one-of-a-kind deluxe manor house.
The Luxury catering kitchen, living room and great room photograph and film beautifully, it's truly one of a kind this house.
We prefer to use downstairs only for photoshoots, filming etc, but the second floor is available also. Please inquire.
NOTE: The master suite is available also and boasts an incredible Victoria and Albert Bathtub (as seen in photos). Additional charges for use of this space as seen in the photos attached.
This space is truly a work of art and perfect for film shoots, photo sessions and workshops alike.
You rental included one site inspection, if you need an additional inspection for tech there will be a 200.00 fee.

Due to covid restrictions, we are charging a cleaning fee to ensure the safety of our guests.
If you use the second floor and master suite there will be an additional cleaning fee of 150.00.
The house is very large and requires a great deal of maintenance.
If you stay for a week, the cleaning fee will be adjusted to 300 for the full week and negotiable depending on what parts of the home are used.

Simply a beautiful house with ample space for productions. The photos don't do it justice. The host is a delight to work & communicate with. Very helpful & accomodating. Would definitely book again.

What a fantastic host and equally fantastic venue. The house is stunning, clean and spacious (ideal for production bookings should you need ample space for lighting/camera set ups). Georgia was so accommodating and we can't wait to rent the space again!
