Bright Downtown Loft

The space is the center portion 1400 square foot portion of 4000 square foot loft that has 18 large windows, nice daylight, beamed ceiling and concrete floors. It is located in a landmark 1928 Art Deco building in downtown Los Angeles' historic core.

We rent 1425 sf for $850 a day, or $175 an hour, minimum 4 hours. Lower rates are available for multi-day rentals. Depending on size, weekend bookings may require a minimum 3-day rental. Quoted rates for film or photography assume crews of 20 or fewer. Damage deposit required. A cleaning fee may apply.

Typical days are ten hours, M-F, 8-6 or 9-7, etc. (Equipment can be stored for 24 hours) Space is available 24 hours. After hours occupancy requires the presence of a site representative at $35 per hour. For larger bookings and film shoots, additional charges may apply. Space is provided clean and clear of furnishings or furnished as shown in the photographs. Unless special arrangements are made, we can accommodate a maximum occupancy of 28 persons.
