This space is available for photoshoots, video shoots and films alike.
AMENITIES/TRANSPORTATION:
The space features spacious 9' ceilings, conveniently available are large men's and women's bathrooms across the hallway from our studio, a beautiful exposed brick wall, and a east-facing view.
There are fully stocked vending machines with candies as well as sodas.
2 large elevators with freight capacity available as well. We are located one block from Transmitter Park with gorgeous views of the Manhattan skyline, 3 blocks from the East River Ferry and 2 blocks from the Greenpoint Station on the G Train.
BACKDROPS:
Included in your rental fee, we offer a 9' backdrop
BACKDROP COLORS*:
White, Black, Tech Green, Blue, Primary Red, Orange & Tulip.
*The first color is included in your rental, but there is a $15 fee for any additional color change/setup.
LIGHTING:
2 x Aputure Amaran AL528S LED lights [High color rendering LEDs (Ra≥95) / 5000lux/3ft; 1400lux/6ft; 620lux/10ft], and two 2-bank barn door light panels. You are, however, welcome to bring your own reflectors, lighting equipment, etc, as the space has 24 outlets for all your powering needs.
VIDEO PROJECTION
We also have available a smartphone/laptop compatible, 1080p, 2400Lux LED Video Projector with a 176" display size. Works with Netflix, Amazon prime video when connect this projector to laptop or fire tv sticks.

This is a No Smoking, No Pets building. This space is not equipped with kitchenette/refrigerator.
Any props, packaging or materials brought in for the shoot, must be disposed of by you and/or your production team. Otherwise, you can arrange for it to be picked up by a private trash removal company.
