Equipped with a seamless white cove wall and a 50% grey accent wall for an alternative look. We have plenty of colour paper backdrops to choose from as well. The space comes with a washroom/change room, commercial kitchen, and extra work tables & chairs.
- Up to two underground parking spots are available upon request.
- Small production office available upon request.
- Easy load-in/load-out access via underground parking & elevator or from street level.
IMPORTANT INFO:
- The cleaning fee will be adjusted according to the number of people and time rented if needed.
- Day rate is for an 10 hour day. Hourly Rate applies after 10 hours.
* NOTE: photo/video equipment and lighting are not included in the rental.

COVID-19 Safety Protocols must be adhered to at all times. Masks must be worn at all times, and 6-ft physical distancing must be respected. Maximum 10 people allowed in the studio at all times.

Great Space as shown in the images. Sebastien was very professional, replied promptly, and best of all very friendly. Unlike another place I came across, there were no hidden fees! Would love to book again.

Sebastien was super accommodating, (was flexible in giving me hours that worked best for me especially on a last minute notice) and respectful of privacy and space. Space was awesome! Also appreciated Sebastien starting the heater early before arrival to cozy up the studio as well as letting my team grab some water bottles. look forward to booking again :)
