My unique unit is an true gem in the city! I live on top of a storefront and the unit above was abandoned for over 26 years...only recently has it been brought to lift with stainless steel appliances, new windows, lots of flaura and fauna....a real face lift. The best part is all of the old charm that the unit had, is still intact...beautiful exposed brick on both floors, painted over vents, 16 foot ceilings, massive sky lights as well as a wood burning brick fireplace.
I can be flexible with my availability & pricing depending on the scope of work.
Between Monday to Thursday I can do a discounted rate of 20%
My real only request is that you don't use the roof or use the fireplace!

Christina was an awesome and pleasant to work with :) Her studio has very nice textures all around that looks very good in photos. Would definitely book her studio again!
