**PLZ NOTE - event rentals (typically starting from $100/hourly) are individually determined on a simple and transparently shared formula, based on their unique production details; hours on-site, number of attendee's, food & beverage sales, in-house catering requests, staffing requests, set-up assitance requests, additional furniture and decor requests, peripheral area usage such as kitchen, rooftop etc etc, so basically speaking all of the things adding to the overall 'impact to the space'
