An expansive industrial style loft drenched with natural light projecting through massive south facing windows + soaring ceilings with multiple skylights. Outfitted with premium leather lounge furnishings, full-function kitchen, extendable 10’ dining table, two bathrooms, and much more. The space includes wifi, 27" iMac usage, mounted 70” television with multiple streaming access, Google Home & bluetooth speaker.
The perfect space for photography + video production, events + experiences, workshops, product previews or pop-up shops.
Space has many staging props + unique visuals. Soft-box lighting, ring light, ladders, garment steamer, basic backdrop and camera tripod on site.
Location has commercial grade loading dock, double doors into unit and sprawling industrial hallways for easy access for equipment. Cafe within building easily accessible for staff and guests.
Main level is approximately 2000 square feet, upstairs mezzanine with master bedroom, spare room, master bath and den is roughly 1000 square feet.
Extra Costs:
All evening rentals beyond 5pm require special arrangements. Fees may be increased for these types of events and guest lists beyond 10 increase rental fees. Event support services such as entrance concierge, security, bartending and event clean-up may be mandatory for your event at a reasonable investment.
*Listed day rental fee is for an 8 hour block of time within the parameters of our availability (approx. 9am-9pm) Any additional hours beyond the allotted 8 hours are subject to a $75/hr charge. There are no discounts if 8 hour block is not utilized.
**There is an additional fee of $250 for access to upstairs (bedrooms & master bath)
***Furniture can certainly be used but must be respected. Any damages to furniture (stains to surfaces & materials) will be documented and security deposits will be docked in that case. Please detail beforehand if you have any plans in rearranging furniture for use of the space. This may require an extra cost.
****Please note: we do have a security camera located in the main living area only to ensure misuse of the space does not occur for evening events. This can be turned off upon request in certain scenarios.

Note #1 / Access to upstairs (master bath and bedrooms) isn't included unless prearranged.
Note #2 / Furniture can be rearranged as desired but please discuss with owner beforehand.
Note #3 / Any plans to hang anything on walls require permission from space owner.
Note #4 / For events serving alcohol with more than 30 guests, a representative of the space must be on site. An additional cost of $150 would be charged. Contact would be stationed upstairs or nearby and be on call in case of need. SOP license may be required.

Daniel and his loft were perfect. He was prompt and clear in his replies, and answered all the questions I had before confirming the space. It is huge, gorgeous, bright, and incredibly well decorated. We used the space for photoshoots and a talent greenroom, and everyone felt very comfortable and the images turned out great. He sanitized the entire space before our arrival to ensure we felt safe. Would absolutely book this space again.

I rented Daniel's space to do Social Media photography for my brand and it was as ideal. Lighting - Great natural lighting, and opportunities for shadow photography. Staging - Daniel has multiple staged rooms that are perfect for capturing diverse social media content. He also has really high end furniture and textures throughout that really elevate your shots.
