Looking for an open and airy 2 level loft for your photoshoot or film? This design-oriented loft features 18-foot ceilings that fills with natural light from the south-facing large windows and New York style fire escape.
Heritage building w/ exposed brick, concrete floors, and Douglas fir beams throughout on a beautiful tree lined Gastown street.
The loft has been meticulously curated with local artwork and designer furnishings/lighting throughout. As you enter, you are welcomed by a flex space that opens up to the long hallway filled with artwork, open concept shower & bathroom/closet. Cozy living room with large sectional, 9 foot dining room table, and chef's kitchen. The loft features a king size bed overlooking the dining/kitchen and windows.Abundance of plants, props, designer books for your shoot.
The space is well suited for photoshoots and small scale film production. An abundance of south facing natural light all day makes this the perfect space for photographers. Well appointed with minimal and functional design, the loft is an inspiring meeting space for your clients, customers or team.
*Commercial work will be quoted on the basis of the production and approval of Strata.
The cleaning fee will be adjusted according to the number of people and time rented if needed.
Day rate is for an 8 hour day. Hourly Rate applies after 8 hours.

Rules
The fire escape is an emergency exit. It is not a patio.
Now that COVID-19 restrictions have lifted, there will be some new safety precautions put in place that we ask you to respect while in the space:
1. Face masks are required by all attendees in all common spaces, specifically while entering and exiting the building. May remove in the suite itself while shooting.
2. Every party must wash their hands/sanitize upon arrival and departure. Wipe down and sanitize surfaces as much possible upon departure.
3. Limit of 8 people maximum per booking (negotiable).
4. Maintain social distancing as much as possible during shoot.

This was such a gorgeous space to film in and suited our productions needs perfectly. We had a very smooth load in from parking on the street to the loft. The loft itself was in immaculate condition and Noah was generous and flexible with his communication and time.

This really is a great place to shoot at. The technicians loved it because of the accessibility of blacking out the windows and the extended ceiling for lights. Very tastefully designed. Highly recommended.
