You’ve created an awesome listing page, you’ve been corresponding like a pro, and now you’re excited to welcome your next guest.
Now . . . what’s next?
It’s something most of us hosts deal with each time we accept a booking.
Wouldn’t it be great if there were a list of things that we could do to welcome our guest right from the start - even if you’re an experience hosting pro and have hosted events for years?
Maybe there is.
We’re excited to share a with you all the items we have on The Playground checklist (our space in Vancouver) that have helped us welcome new guests: a checklist that can help you keep your space safe and bring a seamless process to every booking your confirm!
The foundations for this checklist come from a lot of the learnings we’ve had with welcoming hundreds of guests into our space. Also, we’ve taken a lot of inspiration from some great hosts on thisopenspace and their space checklists.
So while each space is unique and the specifics for your space might be different, here are the main items that we settled on for our space rules to help you welcome your next guest.
Feel like we’re forgetting something? If we’ve left out any of your favorite checklist items of yours, we’d be so grateful to hear from you in the comments!
