I’ve been a fan of Sean Combs since I was a kid.
From The Saga Continues, with Bad Boy For Life, to his band Dirty Money and Coming Home, to the crazy productions and collaborations throughout his career, to the Bad Boy Family Reunion tour coming up this summer, I’ve always loved his music.
In grade school, I would listen to Mo Money Mo Problems and It's All About the Benjamins on MTV, so when I saw a request come through on thisopenspace from Diddy’s agency saying they needed a space for a Bad Boy x Invisible Bully pop-up shop, you can imagine I was pretty excited.
The shop opened at the Open Gallery Space Bowery last week. In addition to selling concert merchandise like sweatshirts, pants, t-shirts, hats, and accessories, the pop-up celebrated the Notorious B.I.G.'s birthday week with ticket giveaways, DJ sets, and special appearances.
Here's a dope Spotify playlist in honor of the Diddy pop-up. Check it out and let us know what you think. It’s good and loud.
