Over the past few weeks, we've been working on getting access to two gorgeous warehouse spaces in Mount Pleasant and are finally able to share the good news with you.
Sitting on the site of what will soon become The Independent is 16,000 sqft. of empty space. The two units are at 188 Kingsway - right next door to, and in the same buildings as our friends MakerLabs and Laser Cutter Café at 196 Kingsway Ave., where we've hosted four pop-ups this year.
Until very recently, this gorgeous building with high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, and more sky-lights than anywhere else we've seen in Vancouver was home to Livingspace, Cantu, and Maynards. With the building slated for teardown, the long-term tenants moved out months ago.
Luckily, we've worked with the current landlords to open it up once again to host pop-up shops and events. There's already a few scheduled and we can't wait to share those details with you.
For now, if you're looking for space check out the photos below and get in touch with us. Most of the photos are from the "small" 6000 sqft. space. Right next door to this and sharing the same entrance is another 10,000 sqft.
